Arrived on a Saturday at 11:02am, store is closed despite what the opening hours says, tried calling every store in WA and im just left with a garbage answering machine that doesn't let you talk to someone. Have an order to pick up and cant get it as there's no one at the store, never coming back once I've gotten my order.
Called to ask for some advice on how to stop car lights from dimming when the bass kicks in- the guy on the phone sounded half as sleep and stoned and went on to tell me how that's not something that usually happens when they do put in systems.. If they can't even get someone who knows what they're talking about to answer the phone I definitely don't trust them working on my car.
Had a 10” Apple CarPlay head unit installed in our 2019 X-trail. Excellent installation job, works an absolute treat. The customer service (shout out to Austin), was impeccable. Thanks team. Definitely can recommend!
