We held a big march in DC. On Thursday, our co-organizer spoke at length to the stores and reserved 4 megaphones. The store would not take the card over the phone. The next day, when we arrived in DC, the person we spoke to was extremely rude and sent a rude email as well and said she had all the info but we did not put the last 4 numbers of our credit card on the form. They're my go-to rental spot when I'm in a pinch or require projector hardware/screens. Jeff and Dee explain every last detail to you in-person with regards to the rental process/setup and demo the gear beforehand right in front of you to ensure everything is functioning as needed. I've used them multiple times with absolutely zero negative experiences. I'd encourage anyone looking for gear for their next event to hit them up!
