I stumbled into this store not fully understanding what a museum and shrine to audio excellence it happened to be. Immediately I was greeted by patient, friendly, and incredibly smart people. In a matter of minutes, I felt more comfortable and excited to be there than any store I had visited in a while. Extremely helpful both by email and in person. Recently bought from them a set of Sennheiser headphones and a Woo Audio balanced tube headphone amplifier. They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions with substance. Overall, an outstanding organization.
