Would never recommend this place. Terrible customer service. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. It would probably be best for this place to close. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
RecommendedHad new after market system installed in my vehicle. Professional installment and Larry did a great job educating and answering my questions. Overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend.

No refunds if items don't work properly. It's been over a month and he is still jacking around(Larry). I notice the bad complains are from women, must treat men better. Need to have BB investigate!
I have known these folks since I was a regular at their first store in Indian Hills. Just bought an Onkyo system for my office and I am listening to the sounds of success via Daft Punk Live 1987. Crushingly good. Planning on using them for my 1987 El Camino stereo install.
There people skills suck they obviously do not know what they’re doing.
I recently took my car to have a remote start put in. My turn signals were working before I took the car but didn't once I picked it up. I called and talked to an employee. I told him what was wrong. He called me a liar and said they were like that before they installed the remote start. He thought he hung up the phone and was laughing about the situation. I had purchased a Sirius XM car kit for a Christmas present. When I purchased it, the owner told me that if it didn't work out or if I didn't need some of the parts, I could return them. The kit didn't work out after all and I attempted to return the items, unopened and accompanied by the receipt, today. The owner only offered store credit and not a refund. I am very disappointed in his follow through customer service...I am now stuck with items that will never have a use for me.
