Duncan did a great job showing me options, colorways and Demo's and some back story on upgrades and future options. Very pleased he was able to explain what take home things I should look into and compare before making a purchase.
I purchased a Pro-Ject turntable recently from Duncan at Audio Video Unlimited in Coquitlam. I found Duncan to be extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about music and sound equipment. He tries hard to understand your requirements so you're not paying more than you need. The first turntable I bought had issues, but Duncan worked hard to make it right, and I left a happy customer. I recently visited Coquitlam Audio and Video in search of a projector screen. Despite the inconvenience of a 1 hour drive there and back, the experience turned out to be disappointing. The projector screen I intended to purchase was already assembled, a detail I was not informed of beforehand. Moreover, the screen I viewed during my visit was damaged, adding to the frustration.
