RecommendedMark & John are simply the best kind of salesmen... no, I mean consultants, mentors, gurus etc that you could ever find in this audio-visual business. I've bought a couple things from them lately and my sound system is now rejuvenated. The bigger benefit is how much I've learned from them. You can find a lot of info in the internet, but when you are face to face with a fellow enthusiast who just happens to sell, it's so much better!

Bought a used receiver the other day, John was super helpful, listened to my budget and wants / needs. Brought it home and had a small issue with it, called up, (Scott? I think) told me what to do, and now my system sounds beyond better! Thanks! Also, the event last night was great!
Really nice people. It's very relaxed with zero pressure...From day 1 you feel like you are doing business with friends. Several rooms with a wide variety of equipment that ranges from entry level audiophile to higher end gear. They have a great in-home demo program and encourage you to try before you plunk down your hard earned cash. If you are in the market to upgrade your two channel or home theater setup, stop in and see these guys; they get it.
Such a magical place. The whole staff is unbelievable, and a pleasure to work with. Lifetime customer. Also, the Telefunken tube rocks! Edit 2/5/19: Been a customer for years now. After purchasing a plethora of amplifiers, preamps, CD players, headphones... and my beautiful new speakers, this place is still the absolute best there is. John and Mark have years of experience in the industry and are committed to getting a sound system into your home that fits your style and needs. They carry the best components available and you will find nothing like this at stores like Best Buy or for miles in any direction. Highly Reccomend !!
I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. John and Mark are exceptional in all respects: knowledgeable, friendly and willing to allow their customers to test out their extensive inventory. They are especially patient and helpful to those -- myself included -- that are not experts on the latest components out there. This has to be the best audio store in New Hampshire and well beyond. Simply a pleasure to deal with. And as an added benefit, they regularly host the Record Genie, who is a master at cleaning vinyl.
