Thrilled with Tom's service and professionalism! I asked him to install a smart TV in our new showroom for Gotcha Covered of Woodbury. I'm not into TV technology so was completely reliant on him for features, quality, and installation. We can showcase our portfolio of work as a screen saver, or use the TV to screen cast presentations. Setup was easy, and installation was perfect. Thanks Tom!!

I was in need of a projector upgrade as mine was approaching 10 years old. I called Tom at AVI and he was able to respond quickly and give me a bid. He ended up doing a projector and receiver so I could take advantage of new 4K sources which are now available. Tom recommended some excellent equipment (Epson projector and Denon receiver) which were perfect for the upgrade and within my budget. Update! We moved! AVI set up our new theatre, installed a sound system with surround speakers and that wasn’t enough, I called him back to put speakers in our kitchen and living space too! Tom is AWESOME. Really, really kind, capable and I will reiterate again, prices are very reasonable for the kind of service and quality of service he offers.
