Parrot Blue-tooth in both family cars – Audio Symphony installed parrot blue tooth in both our family cars so that no matter who is driving, we have hands free cellular and it's really great. We also decided to replace the old radio in the family station wagon with one that ROCKS for the drives up to Tahoe and the North Coast. What a great job they did...and the installation is perfect...we're a past customer as well...so were delighted to return again for Audio Symphony once again.
Rude – Chris, salesperson, was rude and belligerant when I brought my car in to get the MP3 cable replaced after only 6 months. First, he emphatically claimed that Audio Symphony didn't put in the cable, which is attached to the expensive car radio I bought there 6 months ago. Then, he changed his tune, and blamed me for pulling and jerking on it. He is impossible to work with. Avoid him at all costs.
These guys have worked on my 2 cars – Auto Symphony has installed security systems and CD changers in my 2 cars. The work was done on time and at the price they quoted. The staff was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Their location is convenient and the covered parking makes it a snap to get in and out of on busy Van Ness Ave. Recently we had to replace parts for one of the security systems. Audio Symphony is an evil place- if you go, prepare for aggravation, disappointment , and loss of faith in the human race – I agree with the other poster- this store will cheat you- they are dishonest, unhelpful, and nasty. Specifically, they agreed to remove my car navigation system (which they sell) and send it in for repairs (and charged me for this) but them decided that I should sent it in (at my expense) instead- then, when it came time to reinstall it- they doubled the price (and only went back to the original price w... read more
