Went to have speakers checked out by the Greenwood location. Was met by Tory and he took a look at my bike. Told me what he did, what the problem was, and went more into depth about my current audio system that I had. Went on to tell me about a better audio system, in which he said they were currently on back order. Soon as I left the store, rode to Franklin, Edinburgh, Flat Rock and then back home. I don't like to write bad reviews. If I have nothing positive to say then I usually don't say anything. In this case, however, I feel quite cheated and ripped off. I took in my car to Audio Source to have my speakers replaced. I am not a tech savvy person and asked for recommendations on a good set of speakers. I was recommended a pair and I scheduled to have them installed. After installation the speakers worked for 2 days and then conked out. They stopped working! I was referred to Audio Source from a friend who recently recommended their services. I purchased/ had a new 2 way remote starter installed today. They called me before lunch to inform me that my truck was ready. Technician and staff were courteous and professional. Showed me how-to use. And now I'm next level!!. Very happy with services.
