My 2002 TransAm was having a lot of audio issues from engine feedback to speakers going out. I’d had installations done by CarToys and BestBuy that left miles of wires and 3 amps not properly secured. I called Crutchfield about speakers and learned of their local installers list where I found Audio Pros. Waste no time look no further! This place got everything you need and want! The customer service is top tier and I know customer service. Mannerisms and professionalism is on par with chick fila. I mean that in the best way possible. Very competent people at this place that won’t screw you over. I will be back TAKE MY MONEY
I totally agree with the previous review. Had the exact same experience. Walked in and stood there for 20mins with no type of greeting, simply ignored. One guy was in the back however there was one in the front working with someone BUT a simple “hello, I’ll be with you in a moment” would have been nice? But hey, customer service these days is at an all time LOW.
