!! *LOOK OUT* Came in with a screw in my tire and a slow leak, expecting a simple patch. After removing the tire, the employee suddenly told me I needed a new tire but couldn’t clearly explain why. I saw him using a sharp pick-like tool on the inside of my tire, and afterward there was a suspicious cut/mark across the tread area. Repaired my tire when I most needed at a great price and great service, thank u!
I had my vehicle serviced here and unfortunately the lug nuts were not properly tightened. This resulted in serious damage to my wheel/hub and I was unknowingly driving with only one lug nut secured, which is extremely dangerous. When I brought this issue to the shop’s attention, the manager was disrespectful and unhelpful, and did not take the situation seriously despite the safety risk involved.
