I've been doing business with these guys since... a long, long time ago, well more than 30 years and they really know their business and take time to research parts that are hard to find.
The best techs in the world if you ask me! There work is top of the line. They have great prices, there nice friendly guys, there forward guys, they don't lie because they don't need to they can fix anything. I wish all businesses were as trustworthy as audio labs. I've had them work on high end vintage hifi, guitar amps, bass amps, PA systems. Everything they touch is gold. I just can't say enough great stuff about audio labs. They are my one and only stop for anything and everything speakers, amps, pre amps, turntables, pr... read more
Always great customer service coming from this place. A very knowledgeable sales staff that works to make my experience awesome! I like how this place "gets me".
The cable on my headphones shorted out so I bought a new cable thinking I could replace it myself. Turns out the old cable must be un-soldered and the new one has to be soldered on in its place (inside the ear cup). I have one shop I usually use for my audio repairs and they said they were uncomfortable doing this job and referred me to audio lab. I dropped everything off at audio lab around 4pm and they called me the next morning at 10am to let me know they were done. Got the headphones back and they sound great.
Wow! Is there anything these guys can't fix?!
Great shop! I needed work on my vintage Scott PS-67a turntable and they got me back and running in no time. Great guys and a great shop.
So... I got home yesterday and my 65 inch had all sound and no picture. I immediately called audio lab and they had the bulb I needed. I couldn't get the bulb out of this little black box, so, I took the whole thing with me. Upon arrival the owner replaced the old bulb with a new one with no hesitation. I arrived home and installed the new bulb.... My 65 inch is now like brand new, the pic actually look brighter.
