I have done a lot of business with many different shops and Audio Innovations is among the best. They have installed everything from stereos to full Viper alarms with Bluetooth remote start. Everything that leaves their shop is top notch and you know that it will last you the life of the vehicle. Their prices are competitive and their service is bar none.
They Charge alot of money and dont help you out that much i went to get a new sub and i had the amp and the box and all the hook ups but it would cost $80 for the subwoofer and $150 to install it when all you do is put screws and plug in a cable so i ended up up paying $60 for a speaker at ten to ten audio and free install
Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever had! I asked the woman at the front to help me find something and after spending a good amount of time on her phone she rudely said, "just grab one off the wall." Not to mention everything is extremely overpriced, they wanted $60 for a basic wiring kit! Go somewhere else or eBay!
I wouldn't know what kind of service this company provides because I never received any after being ignored for over half an hour while the owner talked with a buddy of his (cursing up a storm). I walked out and would never recommend this place to anyone.
