As an interior designer, I will always use Audio Impact when a client requests a luxury smart home, custom TV/movie theatre television, hidden pop-up TVs, Lutron shades, luxury lighting systems, etc. They are extremely involved from start-to-finish for all of my projects and their team is so easy to collaborate my design vision with. Amazing products, service, and people to work with!!
Did a project with Audio Impact that completed about 6 mo the ago. From the beginning of the install I ran into problems. I switched my equipment from RTI to Control4 and was sold a controller that would control my entire home. As soon as they started the job, that wasn’t the case do to the pre wire so instead they used 3 different controllers instead. No problem.
