We have a Crestron system installed by Audio Impact in our home and the technical support is excellent. John, our tech, was incredibly knowledgeable with a high level of customer service! He diagnosed our issues, updated the system and repaired quickly with user friendly explanations!
Working with the team at audio impact has been a great experience. They provided guidance on the products I needed and put together the best set-up for our living room.
