After being in storage for 8+ years my 35 year old Pioneer CD player decided not to work. I took it to Audio Impact and Andy, who is very friendly and confident, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. I would not hesitate to bring any of my audio equipment to Audio Impact, LLC for repairs.
Andy was amazing to work with, amazing experience would recommend him for any and all audio tech needs.
Andy and his team are simply the best! I wouldn’t trust my setup with anyone else. They repaired my speakers & despite running into some unexpected issues, they kept me informed & were just a pleasure to work with. They are highly specialized in a wide variety of systems.
Andy and Ethan went above and beyond repairing my Technics SL 3300 turntable. These guys definitely know what they are doing. Esthetically, they made it look like new. They repaired the hinges, and buffed it to a nice shine. Mechanically, they went through all of the electronics and replaced many worn parts on the board. A new stylus and set the tracking and anti-skate. Amazing work gentleman.
I brought in a 1974 Magnavox stereo console that played a constant high pitch tone when turned on. Some of the buttons didn’t work properly, the turn table needed adjustment, and the ATRAC player didn’t function. Andy and his team got all that working as if it was brand new. They recapped and cleaned the unit and it sounds and looks great. Can’t thank them enough for keeping a family heirloom running like new.
