I brought in my vintage Magnavox record/cassette/radio stereo due to a broken record needle. The team at Audio Impact was awesome and super quick to work with. They found that the cartridge was also broken, replaced it, updated the needle, and thoroughly cleaned the stereo. I was guided throughout the entire process. They showed me exactly what was wrong, how it was fixed, and how I can replace the needle myself in the future. Highly recommend and will be back for any future audio or tech needs!
