The staff including the Dr were efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, hearing aides are expensive and not covered by Medicare or my supplemental insurance. So I must figure out how to pay for them. I’m sure many people will never get them due to the price.

Being hard of hearing is very isolating and depressing, especially as a very active, social woman. It started in midlife and the more that i had to keep asking “what did you say?”, the more I got angry and retreated.
