Met with Brian, owner, who tested me...advised I would need to pay the full amount out of pocket...I called my insurance and while on the phone he told me it was actually covered, he was having trouble with the billing. The next day I called to find the exact model and noticed the invoice showed color black. Brian never gave me a choice and I advised him I'd prefer mocha ...he then changed the order. Top notch! Brian with the help of Lucia in training , provided me with a hearing exam after many years of not seeing an audiologist. I had some hearing loss and Brian and Lucia were able to confirm that. Definitely will recommend and ilI will be back
It's interesting to give 3 stars to a place where I walked away without hearing aids. I tried on two different brands of in-the-ears, Phonak and Siemens, and they were terrible. My hearing was worse than if I wore no hearing aids at all. It was a mystery to me and Audio Hearing. A reputable company like Siemens couldn't possibly make a hearing aid that bad and still stay in business. So it remains a mystery.
