Salesmen were very helpful. They took care of all my needs and concerns.
We walked by the shop in the back where it looked like an "installer" was taking a cig break to ask a quick question about window tinting. Worker was nonchalantly rude and replied, "I don't know, maybe you might wanna like go through THE FRONT DOORS and ask??" Sheesh! Talk about bad customer service! This store will not be getting our business, ever. If this is how the workers attidude's are, imagine the people within. The first impression is the best impression.
I bought a stereo for my car last august and didn't buy the warranty plan for it. I just found out the aux input didn't work and they still gave me a new one!! they got it done in half the time that they quoted and now I can listen to my music!! Everyone was super friendly and I'd definitely go back!! Thank you :)

all i can say is wow from the review below. i actually dont believe this i have been going to audio express for years and i have always dealt with jeremy and he is actually a great guy. the guys there always try to go above and beyond for me and my family and friends when there is issues and when something is out of warranty which we understand jeremy has always been very fair. i have gotten to know him over the years and he truly is one the few that not only has great customer service but knows what he is doing. not once ha... read more
The employees were good and helped me out. But Jeremy was very rude to me and my family the whole time. I have never seen such a rude employee, I actually think he's the boss. If so, he should be fired. I will be coming in to talk to somebody in higher power to get him fired. I will never come to Audio Express again after having to deal with a man like that. I spent too much money to deal with that, thanks for the terrible service Jeremy.
