Incompetent! I purchased a $650 stereo system from audio express for my RV. The sales rep informed me that I could come back to have it removed and installed into a different vehicle if I ended up selling the RV. Sure enough 6 months later I did put the RV up for sale. I called to make an appointment for the swap. I needed it done on Friday. Good Afternoon First there over price second they dont want yo to leave with a purchase under 200.00 dollars and the worst people to deal with. My name is David, I was recently in your store. I had the WORST experience at Audio Express we spent over $1600 on a new stereo and amp kit, they did a HORRIBLE job installing the amp kit, the speakers kept cutting out. We took the vehicle back twice, they told us nothing was wrong when it is so EVIDENT that there is a problem! Finally spoke to a manager told us to come back and they would fix it, the sales person Josh then wanted to charge us for there mistake!!!! I will never again purchase or recommend Audio Express!!!! all i can say is wow from the review below. i actually dont believe this i have been going to audio express for years and i have always dealt with jeremy and he is actually a great guy. the guys there always try to go above and beyond for me and my family and friends when there is issues and when something is out of warranty which we understand jeremy has always been very fair. i have gotten to know him over the years and he truly is one the few that not only has great customer service but knows what he is doing. not once ha... read more

The employees were good and helped me out. But Jeremy was very rude to me and my family the whole time. I have never seen such a rude employee, I actually think he's the boss. If so, he should be fired. I will be coming in to talk to somebody in higher power to get him fired. I will never come to Audio Express again after having to deal with a man like that. I spent too much money to deal with that, thanks for the terrible service Jeremy.

Kevin and Curt were very helpful in my experience buying a new stereo for my car. At this location I felt as if they cared about what I wanted. Due to the service I received from this location and Kevin and Curt, I traveled out of my way and will recommend this store to my friends and family.
