I returned here after five years. Jesus remembered me and what he did for me initially. These guys did an incredible job updating my radio the same day I stopped in. HORRIBLE!!!! Turn and run from this place. The service is unprofessional, the music be blasting, they don't make appointment for installation, add on unnecessary charges. You will be frustrated and you will be ripped off with added charges. Darion Hampton salesperson he will add on the charges and he's rude to customer...... HORRIBLE business .......

Trust these reviews and take your business elsewhere.... Went in about two weeks ago to purchase a led bar and a tv for my truck spent close too 2k, my sales guy was Chris who happens to be very knowledgeable in his area of expertise.... My problem was when i got my Iteams shipped in Chris called me told me to go in so I can get them installed the very next day I went In ( mind you I live in southern Colorado close too 3 hours from here ). Worst service ever. Don't GO HERE! They will lie to you all day long, make you wait. They will kerp saying "soon". Showed up for an appointment and waited 8 hours, still hadn't worked on my install. Can't say enough bad about this place. People are rude and deserve to be out of business

I love my escort and my car alarm and especially my remote starter. It is really great on cold mornings after Sadhana. Everything I have gotten here has been perfect. Once a year in June I drive up and down 31-mile road 10 days in a row for our Summer Solstice. The bumpy dirt road is hard on everything in your car. I go in to get my wires adjusted and they always do everything for free. I like Audio Express very much.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE TO NO ONE. IT TOOK ME 9 DAYS TO GET MY BASIC CD PLAYER INSTALLED AND OVER 20 MINUTES OF ARGUING. I CAME TO THE STORE 5 DIFFERENT TIMES AND THEY STILL DIDN'T WANT TO INSTALL MY CD PLAYER. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY CHANGE. THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS AND THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH YOU UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO RAISE YOUR VOICE. I have been in to Car Toys 3 times to get a new stereo with blue tooth for my 2008 Toyota Tacoma Crew Cab TRD Off-road. First of all parts were not in-stock, and I just wasn't feeling it. Then I went to Audio Express. They were patient, knowledgeable, and actually showed me what I wanted. Plus they had it ALL in stock. I purchased some Kickers for my daughter's car to replace OEM. The speakers are Great!!.. The staff and service was absolutely top notch.. Oh and the pure sounds of music when entering the store was almost spiritual.. Even if you don't buy anything.. the visit would be worth your time.. I highly recommend this store.. !!

Just got a receiver put into my boyfriends work truck. Yeah, as well as the other reviews it took a while, but HAVE PATIENCE people. Anyways, great work guys and Nick at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I will bee coming back for more work on his truck.
