Their service is truly excellent. I went yesterday in to audition Wilson Audio Sasha, V and Sonus Faber Serafino. Mike was the one who helped me. his knowledge for equipment and love for music really left a great impression. you’ll quickly find that they’re not only selling gears, but to build lasting relationships with people sharing the same hobby. Plus, the range of brands they carry is phenomenal. It’s hard to not buy from them for the service and experience they provide. Five stars!
Excellent experience. Mike is always very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable plus they have a fantastic selection of gear. Easily one of the best hifi shops I've had the pleasure of visiting thanks to Mike.
I used to like audio excellence, but some how their after sale services are not high standards as a high end audio retailers. I have to draw the line at this point to continue to do business with them. As a loyal customer, the store worker not very helpful. Also not welling to help. I don't know if Adrian know about this?
