James, the salesman, and Chandler, my installer, were fantastic. They both took the time to help find the best solution for my audio needs and didn’t upsell me stuff I didn’t need/want. Then, it was installed at my home!! Super convenient and no additional charge. Super service!
My daughter needed her car alarm removed. We set up a day to bring the car in, and Chandler said he preferred to come to my house. I said okay. He showed up, told me he could not remove the alarm, made 2 phone calls, and charged my daughter $75 for His Time. Now I know why he wanted to come to my house. They told me they would check for free if I came in to see if they could remove it. I guess old Chandler needed some pocket money. I'm going to see if this interests the BBB at all.
