Excellent place to go These people provide excellent customer service as well as competitive prices. i like having the personal touch, you know a place where you can talk to the tech and he will answer questions intelligently. A place where they will go above and beyond to meet your needs and they actually care about what they are doing for me. The techs continue to go the extra mile to be sure my job was done right and to their HIGH standards. I know I will keep going back
Bad Experience and Bummed This place is TERRIBLE! They really do not know what they are doing. The owner and his wife are very rude. We came back with a problem within 24 hours and they said their job was done. We took our vehicle to a different stereo shop and was told that Audio Depot's install was laughable and we had to pay to have it fixed! Please trust me on this one...they do give a guarantee, but they have to back it up in order for it to mean anything. They give every excuse in the world why it is NOT their fault! B... read more
Poor Workmanship - Terrible Customer Service I had my windows tinted and they did a terrible job. When I took the car back to have it redone under their "guarantee", the owner came up with several excuses why it wasn't their fault that some of the windows had not been properly cleaned before tinting, resulting in spots and fingerprints, and why some of the tint had been cut incorrectly, blaming it on my (new)car. Great prices and service This store has great service and great prices on name brand equipment. You don't have to be a huge store to have great deals. They were great at installation and everything has been great. I was very satified with service, warranty and installation. I will return for my car audio needs in the future.
Right Around the Corner feeling This store offers great deals. Sometimes even better than the larger chain stores. They install quick, and do a great job. Horrible and Expensive Loss Horrible and expensive loss... I originally went to audio depot, because their cost for install was cheaper. I told them specifically that i want them to install the front 5x7's and to disconnect the rear 5x7's and to mount my 6x9's instead using the previous wiring, and they said that there wouldn't be a problem with that...They installed my speakers but did a very bad job, for instance (they didn't screw my 6x9's down and they used duck tape to insulate the speakers from the metal chassis). RecommendedThis place is amazing and does great work. We brought our charger in and got the tint service and the staff there is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I will never take my car anywhere else but audio depot. I recommend this place 100%. AWESOME!!!

I just picked up my car and was again blown away at the quality of work John and his team put in. I just got a new Audi and it wasn't going anywhere other than AudioDepot for the radar detector and sub/amp install. Everything is clean, amp is hidden, no wires are visible...just solid work with high attention to detail. This is the 3rd or 4th car they've worked and I'll be back with whatever the next one is. I highly recommend AudioDepot!
