Very friendly people, in my opinion it's the best audio store out there. I have a been buying their equipment for years. They are intrested in you getting the right product at the right price for you. They don't seem to be happy unless your happy with your purchase. I live in Cudahy Wisconsin it's a long drive for me but it's well worth it for the great prices and great service.

Very sad that this once awesome store went down hill. The people just don't seem to care anymore. Now they are very rude and act as if they are doing you a big favor. NEVER again will I shop at this store.
Cool store with a lot of stuffs to try listening to. The guys there are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they have the Orpheus (Sennheiser HE-1)!
