I accidentally stumbled upon AudioConnection when googling for something that I needed for my audio setup. I was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff that are all welcoming and down to Earth. Michael and Arthur were the first couple of staff that attended to my needs. What an incredible night we had tonight at your Audio Connection Innovators Event! Hearing the amazing sound systems in your listening rooms were beyond imaging! We were blown away. We had an absolute blast! So fun and interesting!!! We loved it- so informative tasty and fun!!! David's customer service has been nothing short of spectacular. He has gone above and beyond on several occasions helping me with unbiased and honest advice even if it didn't result in a sale for himself. He has assisted me on the purchase of several "Chario" speakers from Audio Connection. I've been to maybe 6+ HiFi stores within Sydney and honestly his level of customer service puts others to shame.
