David's customer service has been nothing short of spectacular. He has gone above and beyond on several occasions helping me with unbiased and honest advice even if it didn't result in a sale for himself. Suddenly, I've left Spotify for TIDAL & I've bought my own KEF MU3s with a terribly patient assist from Jansen & Artie. And, Jojo's writing down music I need to get across as music is our lives. It's really nice to know that Joe's legacy is in the safest hands. And, I get to bring a dear pal with me who wants to come back with her dad to show him the "speakers that look like art". Thanks for loving music as you do. We're so lucky to have such a gem in the Inner West.
Picked up some Linn spares and enjoyed friendly and knowledgeable service from Arthur and David. Audio Connection is a must visit for music fans whether you’re into HiFi or a compact aesthetically great system for streaming, they have options for all budgets.
Update: ************ After 3 years, the power source to my KEGG speakers failed. I searched the internet and could not find a replacement. I then contact Michael, who found me a replacement power source within 48 hours. Such great service. Friendly, courteous, helpful!
