I only talked to Tim Harrison on the phone and by email, and I didn't end up traveling to Richmond to audition any of his fine line of speakers. But it was clear that he's highly knowledgeable, has lots of audio experience, has excellent products, and is a straight-shooter. What more could you ask from a hifi dealer?
