Customer service is terrible. I went in to get a new system and told the guy helping me out that the last shop caused an electrical problem in my car. The guy rudely tells me it was probably my fault. Clearly this company doesn't understand fault tolerance and how to install a system that can run without issue. This means if something goes wrong they blame the customer. I would not recommend them for anything. Go at your own risk.
I highly recommend audio advisers. I had the pleasure of having John and Brandon install home theater surround sound. They did an excellent job, very professional and polite. I also want to thank Brian for his assistance.
