Called to order turntable. Was told my card wouldn't go through. I've ordered from them before with same card. Called my credit card n was told I was charged for the table. Called aidioadvisors back n told them I was charged. He tells me that it didn't on his side. What the hell is that all about. No apologies no help. Rude sales person. I bought a Roksan Attessa refurbished turntable from AudioAdvisor in July. I had receieved three confirmations that my turntable would be shipped on different dates. Then I recieved an email that my order was cancelled because it was discontinued. I know a couple of other people who bought the turntable and whose order was not fullfullied. I believe Audio Advisor may have not wanted to honor their price, so they discontinued the item.
