great service very happy with visit
Sarah is amazing all my issues were solved, unfortunately my hearing aids had a glitch a temporary swap and my aids being replaced with another pair. She is so patient explaining every step in the process making sure I understand exactly.
As always I was looked after in a caring and comprehensive manner to ensure every aspect was considered to maximise my ability to hear. Jasmine is wonderful and takes whatever time is needed to make me feel comfortable.
They were great fixed my problem without any fuss. Thank you
