The relationship with Jane Watson and Audicles began via a recommendation from my ENT. With that, I want you to know that I am extremely pleased with the quality of service Jane Watson and Audicles has provided. I sincerely appreciate their responsiveness and the way they conduct business. I have recommended Jane and Audicles to others because of my satisfaction. Simply put, Jane Austin is one of the best audiologists I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I look forward to doing business with her for years to come.

For many years I used wireless earphones for TV. With my current aids from Audicles Dr. Jane included a mini microphone and suggested it be connected to my home entertainment center. What I have experienced since then has been sound going directly to my hearing aids- I tossed my old earphones in the waste basket! The difference is not merely volume, but quality. Watching a Spurs game, the sound from my TV is like I were sitting in the AT&T Center. Thanks Dr. Jane for this unexpected benefit to my new aids.

I received a voucher from one of your current patients for a new hearing aid and my visit was for fitting and testing. I had been a customer at another audiology office for over 20 years. I must admit that I did not have any expectations to switch providers, but upon my visit I realized what I have been missing. The staff was exceptional, the office was very welcoming and you have just received a new patient. I was very pleased with everyone I had any contact with. Thank you so much for the pleasant visit.

Don't really remember the date, but Ms. Watson was very thorough, listened attentively, made recommendations, ordered alternate stabilizers for my hearing aid. Regarding treatment results, problem has not yet been resolved, but all are working very hard to get it done. Regards, Wayne Kuhn

Dr. Watson is a joy to work with. She makes you feel like an important part of her day, not just another patient. She takes the time to explain and you can truly sense the joy she has in her work. The office and staff are extremely clean and kind. I would HIGHLY reccommend this office to anyone and everyone!!!

I have been coming to Dr. Watson's office for 2 yrs now. I have received wonderful care by the Drs. And all of the staff. It is very clear why Dr. Watson's office is recommended so highly. They give people the time and care we need to understand how things work and what to do if they don't. They are very I touch with the high cost of of good care and they are worth every penny.

Dr. Watson listened carefully to the difficulty I was having with my hearing aid, corrected and adjusted my hearing aid to eliminate the difficulty, tested the results before I left, and had me on my way without unnecessary delay. Quite professional and definitely impressive in conducting business. Very pleasant and caring to help her patients. Thank you, Dr. Watson.
