Although I was treated with professional courtesy Manner . I found an unprofessional appearance lack of medical atire. There appearance did not match there profession. . Over all it was pleasant,helpful.
It was my first time there and from the moment I walked in until I was done it was very pleasant and professional very well organized and greeeting us with a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. 100% . Looking forward to going again.
Audiologist appt was great. Office staff was awful. They did not run my VSP insurance correctly and actually ASK for hearing coverage. They came back to me and said my insurance did NOT cover them abd set me up with a ridiculously expensive $5k price and high interest rate with Synchrony Bank. The office staff is reluctant to help and then rude when I tell them I was told the devices were covered. They took my hearing aid to ship to NJ and said it woyld have to be replaced. The ladies, especially Maddie, takes time and guide me through all the options that are available for my needs.
The specialist we saw was very professional and very courteous. She was very knowledgeable and nice about the whole visit. I do recommend this office if you want to get a very detailed examination for your hearing. 🙂
