Absolutely do not know where to start. The office is beautiful and sparkling clean. Every staff member is professional and friendly. I so enjoyed my time with the young lady that fitted my hearing aids. And the doctor that I saw originally. I feel totally confident that I will always get the customer service I need. Oh, and I can’t even see the hearing aids. I never felt rushed. She spent a lot of time with me.
Had a great experience. kat spent at least 45 minutes with me. She reviewed and explained everything. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
