My recent experience with Audibel in Gonzales was truly outstanding. My testing and hearing aid fitting was done by Katie and she is the consummate professional. Technical expertise is certainly required and appreciated but combining that with a friendly, caring attitude is exceptional. I left knowing that Katie and the staff there cared about me and my hearing. Thanks for the great work!
I took my sister and Kent Stroud was so professional and very helpful In connecting her phone by loading the app and so much patience in showing her how to use it to control volume etc. Great guy!
Hearing aids stay broken when I needed a new battery it was $368 and a week to get it back next time it will be $500 to replace. When I got it back did not work proper
