I was told the hearing aids would be there in 2 to 3 weeks. I called in 2 weeks. The receptionist said she thought someone was waiting to hear back from me, but no one had called. I approved the purchase when I left, and offered to sign whatever they needed. Now, apparently, they haven't even been ordered. If I don't get proper service today, I'll go elsewhere.
