My issue is not the quick turn considering service, the issue is my device and functionality. The sound quality is poor and static cases discomfort in my ear. The sound quality I experiences up initial set-up has gravely failed. The app on my phone is also not functioning correctly. An app upgrade or update should occur. Thank you.
