Patricia is the best audiologist after my previous encounters with 3 audiologists from other companies. If you’re in Yorktown Heights or somewhere in weschester, this audiologist is highly recommended
Professional, competent, friendly, explained things well and answered all my questions.
Completely unprofessional experience. I called a month and a half in advance to schedule an appointment and provided all of my information. After driving over an hour to get to their office, I was told they don't even accept my insurance. Instead of taking accountability for wasting my time and trip, they just blamed their call center. Save yourself the drive—I won't be back.
