I have had hearing aids from Audibel since August 2022. Amy Baarsch has been available, very helpful and empathetic, as she is an aid wearer herself. I like that my aids are American made and that every time I have had a question or difficulty, there has been a consistent prompt response. There has never been a charge for the many visits I have needed to get used to my aids. Her staff, Trisha, is also knowledgeable and accommodating when I have needed help. It was recommended to go here and was very disappointed with the level of care I received ! I went there was shown the hearing aids they recommended and ordered the ones I could afford! Amy set them up to how my hearing test results said I needed! I did some research and found best practices were not followed and I had no REM (real ear measurements) procedure done so I asked Amy if she would do REM procedure and she absolutely refused stating she gets great results setting the aids up to according to hearing test results!
