Unbelievable customer service and knowledge. I thought this level of care no longer existed. My granddaughter almost had to start the school year without her hearing aid due to an issue during a cross country move. These folks knew exactly what it was, ordered the part and got her taken care of. They even called us as soon as the UPS driver delivered the part so that she didn’t have to wait even one extra day. Very happy with the hearing aids and the great service. Jim was very helpful in guiding me to the hearing aid that worked best for me.
Used to take hearing aids out as soon as I got home because they were uncomfortable…now I leave them in all day because I don’t even notice them Used to just smile and nod in groups because I only heard about a third of what was said…now I can participate Used to be constantly saying “what?” …now I can hear With Jim I have a knowledgeable partner helping with my hearing
Jim is very friendly and goes out of his way for his patients. I went to MHAC to have ear impressions made for custom hearing protection. The impressions were great but the manufacturer I was working with wanted them done slightly differently. When I let Jim know, he fit me into his schedule same day and took new impressions for free. Stand-up guy!
