I highly recommend Jim and Madison Hearing Aid Center based on my recent fitting and purchase experience. After considerable research and comparison evaluations from the UW Audiology , Costco Hearing and the internet, I quickly came to the conclusion if I wanted the best service and the “Cadillac” of hearing aids at the best price, this was the place. My Starkey Genisus AI hearing aids are amazing! Thank you Jim!
In a stroke of luck, we recieved a mailer from Madison Hearing Aids, which I almost tossed out as just more junk mail. However, we were frustrated with the lead time (six months) to get an updated hearing test for my husband through our doctor, so I opened the mailer, got on line, read the wall-to-wall 5-star reviews, and called Jim at MHAC. I recently visited the Madison Hearing Aid Center for a hearing test and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided. I could not get a hearing test scheduled for several months in advance through my insurance, but I was able to get one scheduled here the following day. I became a client in November, 2023. I am very happy with my hearing aids and especially pleased with customer service. Jim is always happy to change my hearing aid tips every month. He makes audio adjustments for me when I need them and always makes sure I am satisfied with my hearing aids. I highly recommend Madison Hearing Aid Center for the quality of their products and their exceptional customer service!!!
