I rarely write a review, but I just have to give kudos (and 10 out of 5 stars) to Jim at Madison Hearing Aid Center. He went above and beyond to help us with my mother's hearing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Unbelievable customer service and knowledge. I thought this level of care no longer existed. My granddaughter almost had to start the school year without her hearing aid due to an issue during a cross country move. These folks knew exactly what it was, ordered the part and got her taken care of. They even called us as soon as the UPS driver delivered the part so that she didn’t have to wait even one extra day. Thank you for your dedication and kindness!

Very happy with the hearing aids and the great service. Jim was very helpful in guiding me to the hearing aid that worked best for me.
Used to take hearing aids out as soon as I got home because they were uncomfortable…now I leave them in all day because I don’t even notice them Used to just smile and nod in groups because I only heard about a third of what was said…now I can participate Used to be constantly saying “what?” …now I can hear With Jim I have a knowledgeable partner helping with my hearing
