Used to take hearing aids out as soon as I got home because they were uncomfortable…now I leave them in all day because I don’t even notice them Used to just smile and nod in groups because I only heard about a third of what was said…now I can participate Used to be constantly saying “what?” …now I can hear With Jim I have a knowledgeable partner helping with my hearing
Jim is very friendly and goes out of his way for his patients. I went to MHAC to have ear impressions made for custom hearing protection. The impressions were great but the manufacturer I was working with wanted them done slightly differently. When I let Jim know, he fit me into his schedule same day and took new impressions for free. Stand-up guy!
I highly recommend Jim and Madison Hearing Aid Center based on my recent fitting and purchase experience. After considerable research and comparison evaluations from the UW Audiology , Costco Hearing and the internet, I quickly came to the conclusion if I wanted the best service and the “Cadillac” of hearing aids at the best price, this was the place. In a stroke of luck, we recieved a mailer from Madison Hearing Aids, which I almost tossed out as just more junk mail. However, we were frustrated with the lead time (six months) to get an updated hearing test for my husband through our doctor, so I opened the mailer, got on line, read the wall-to-wall 5-star reviews, and called Jim at MHAC.
