I received my hearing aids in June of 2026. The initial visit was extremely thorough with an audio test and questions regarding my past and work life. It seems power tools and concerts from my youth did nothing to protect my ears. Paul is very knowledgeable and was able to set the hearing aid levels to my hearing loss. The initial settings had to be tweaked as my brain and ears adjusted to sounds I wasn't used to hearing. Paul made the adjustments and continues to monitor the levels on periodic visits. Paul discovered right away that the aids were stopped up and cleared them
It was great everyone was pleasant. The Dr. Was very thorough and easy to listen to and talk to. Overall it was great.
