One of My hearing aids died. I am almost deaf without them. I called and was told Paul was out of town. Because of that he was booked solid upon his return. I was given the 1st appointment available. I asked to please let me know if there was a cancelation. I received a call and she said I told you that you would be my 1st call if we had a cancelation. I said I'll take it. I always have a great experience with Audibel. Paul is very attentive , very good and professional . He goes above and beyond to make sure that any hearing issues are addressed. I have been wearing my hearing aids now about 3-4 years. He cleans them on a regular basis and checks to see if any new hearing problems since last visit. I highly recommend Audibel if you are having hearing issues.
Office ver clean.was greeted with hospitality.Dr very approachable and easy to speak to.All in all everything went very well,explained everything step by step for the exam as he was doing throughout the process.would recommend this office to anyone
