Initial visit was great. Both staff members were as helpful and thorough as could be. Very illustrative regarding my hearing loss. When I walked out, I actually heard things. Thank you!!!
The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to want the best for my ear health. I would recommend them.
This place was a Godsend. Dakota was very courteous when I checked in and she greeted me with a welcoming smile. When I met Christina who did my testing she was super amazing. She explained everything so clearly in each process and helped me to understand what was actually going on which made me feel better. I must say the posters (I will call them) in the examination room was so informative and helpful that I understood what was happening to me from my hearing loss.
