Receptionist was wonderful. Doctor was good. but I must say that I am deeply disturbed that he attempted to sell me hearing aids of 5000 but didn't provide anything to me. no brochure no information of what type or frequency etc I should use. I called to see about RX or copy of results. no rx cause hearing isnt bad enough to justify one and will need to sign for copy of testing an corporate may or may not release. Smells scam like. Still need aids ti help me but starting from scratch no thanks to you
