Our hearing aid consultant was Jeff Brown, and he was great! He clearly wanted to help us and explained all the options to us. We highly recommend him!
Doctor Jeff was very professional with his time. He took great care when I was there for an ear cleaning. After the cleaning was completed he took the time to make sure my hearing was better and answered all of my questions. I will most definitely be using this office for any other hearing issues I have in the future.
Awesome exam with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly consultant. Learned a lot about my hearing loss through the educational research review that he talked about. The receptionist was also friendly. Nice place to go.
Had a great experience. I was provided a good deal of information and had a great conversation. They were patient and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. At no time did I feel pressured into anything. They also did a great job of following up with me and checking in on me. Both the doctor and his staff.
Dr, Brown & Jennifer are amazing,, I can't say enough good things about them, There always a phone call away to help , They go above and beyond to help there customers , making sure appointments are set, and customer needs are met. I highly recommend Audibel Hearing Center in Zephyrhills.
