The staff and the audiologist are good at what they do. My dad is going to.get new hearing aids that the audiologist recommended. Kim and Sarah are both very personable. I'd recommended audible if you need hearing aids. They know the business well and the hearing aids will help my dad a little more.
2 years ago I purchased hearing aids from Audibel in Zephyrhills Florida. I was told my insurance covered a certain amount and I was advised to get this credit card from synchrony bank a care credit line from the staff. So I did and paid some from my debit card and the balance that insurance did not cover on the care credit card. Now 2 years later I get a letter in the mail and a phone call saying that insurance did not pay and I still owe them 2200 hundred more dollars. One of the best medical appointments I’ve ever had! Dr Sarah was very thorough and took time to explain my hearing results without rushing through and answering my questions. She explained the reasoning for my particular device and why I needed it. She even helped me setup my phone app for the new hearing aides. The entire office staff were also a joy to engage with. Highly recommended.
Very thorough, very knowledgeable, very complete followup session. We enjoyed meeting Sarah and look forward to seeing her again.
