I went to Audibel to get my hearing aid fixed. Dennis met us at the door and we discussed my problems. He listened carefully to what was going on and proceeded to resolve the problems that I had in a timely manner. I felt welcomed and listened to and left quickly and satisfied.
I got to appointment 15 minutes early but didn’t have to wait. Dennis, the technician, answered my questions, let me know my options, readjusted and cleaned my hearing aids, and my hearing now works better.
The audio specialist was courteous and knowledgeable. I was the first patient and able to see him right on time. He was able to fit me a hearing aid plus answering all my questions in less than 20 minutes! Great experience!
Hated to hear that I needed hearing aids, but Dennis handled it in a very accepting manner. He was great helping my husband out with adjustments on his present hearing aids. Took time to explain all tests that were done.
