Nice people and very efficient professional
The provider, Dennis, is very nice and patient. He explained things to me clearly and also listened carefully to my concerns. My last year appointment with him ended up resolving the real problem going on with my hearing aids instead of sending me home again with just a louder stream boast in my left hearing aid. He didn’t rule out anything from wax in the ear to technical issues. That’s how we figured out the real problem - a broken part near the earmold.
