The people were friendly. It took 3 times trying to return the hearing aids. Each time I told Jill they were not for me. Finally the 4 time she took them back. Now it's gonna take 30 days for my refund. It didn't take them 30 days to my $4500.00.
Very friendly and very helpful a little expensive but they’re worth it I can hear and if I need anything, I can just go there if it needs to be adjusted, I can go there. They clean them every four months free.
Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also Very understanding. I was very comfortable there under the circumstances. I highly recommend this office and their personnel.
