Charles is exceptional! He took the time to really explain to my grandmother and me what type of hearing loss she has and how her hearing aids will not only make her hearing better but also her quality of life! Him and Kimberly also assisted us in finding out if my grandmother had any coverage through her insurance and if so what that would be. They were also so kind to help us file the claim which was a HUGE help! I will be letting everyone I know to bring themselves and their loved ones here! Thank you both so much!
been trying to order new hearing aids for over a month. First they had no insurance forms, then had no idea how to fill out the insurance forms. Paid $1690 up front over a month ago and still no hearing aids
