I've been going to this place for years! The staff is great. I saw the review above and thought I would share my opinion. This is my second pair of hearing aids with this company and I've been wearing them over 30 years. I started wearing hearing aids when I was in my 40's, and back then they helped some but I could not wear them in restaurants because of all the background noise. I had a broken Sonus hearing LEFT aid which they specialize in. I am a snowbird so my "program" was originally put in in PA, not in FL. Brought it in and they tried to read out my program. They not only lost it, but destroyed it in the left aid. Then they asked to borrow my RIGHT aid and also lost the program from that one too. So I had NO working aids.
