RecommendedI brought my 95 year old mother to Audibel to see if she would like this new audiologist and would treat her with a little bit of deference. (Apparently, her old audiologist was a bit abrupt and did not listen kindly to her complaints.) I purchased hearing aids at the Libertyville location a few months ago. Adjusting to this new aspect of my life has been a challenge. Ray has been very patient and helpful. I always feel welcome at the office.
Ray changed my life. I am now able to hear my children and grandchildren and participate in the conversation. My children also thank him as I no longer have to ask them to repeat themselves .😂I highly Recommend Ray. He couldn’t be more caring!
Ray is very professional and gives you an honest evaluation of your hearing. If you don’t need hearing aids he will tell you so. I can tell you that the hearing aids he provided for me have made all the difference. I can hear conversations, I can stream music and I can control everything from the app on my phone. It’s a wonderful addition to my life no matter how much it cost
Today, I took advantage of a free hearing test. Ray Wenc was very thorough. It turned out that my hearing is normal at this time but should the need arise for hearing aids in the future, I would consider Audibel.
