Great service! Best customer service of any business I've ever dealt with!
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. Ron checked my existing aids and gave me options to consider. We divided to have new aids and Ron took time to take moulds and describe the process. He was very clear on what we would receive. Now having been to get my new hearing aids today, I wonder how I ever managed without them, they are so much clearer and easy to take in and out. This is my 2nd experience with Audibel. Both have been very good. Ron is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Terrible company. Bait and under delivery. Terrible customer service. First purchase as a "Senior" and got scammed out of 4500.00. Do Not Use this company. Imo
I just moved here from Kansas and had trouble with my hearing aid. He fixed it quickly and at no cost to me, I’m so grateful to have found such a helpful and friendly hearing solution.
