I had a great experience at this dealer particularly with my sales person, Joe Garcia and the finance manager, Troy. They both took the extra time to make sure I understood all of the features of the vehicle and financing options. They were both very knowledgeable in dealing with out of state buyers and made sure that process was as hassle free as possible. In addition, I got a fair trade in price for my WRX. Hands down, a top notch buying experience for my first Audi!
The sales experience was good. John is an excellent salesman! My only qualm with the experience is that they only had one key fob for the car and wouldn't supply a second unless I paid almost $1000 for it. I've worked with 2 other dealerships in the past that ordered in a second FOB at their expense before. If I am giving you 2 keys with my trade, I expect 2 keys with my replacement vehicle. Other than that it was a positive experience.
