Bought a used Audi here (still with factory warranty), which was a mostly positive experience, and had to bring it back for a couple service items over the past year and a half. The biggest 'plus' about the service department, is I've never had to wait for service. I brought my car in for a coolant leak which I diagnosed, and they were able to get my car in that day, and I had use of a loaner. The Employee's hired by this company at Audi specfically in Wilsonvile, Have ALWAYS ALWAYS had the greatest attitudes, happy faces even when they are slammed with Customers coming in.
