I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the service team at Audi Wilsonville. I’ve been working with Becca ever since I got my Audi, and she’s made the experience if having to take my car in for service or repairs a great one.
Audi's service center is phenomenal, they keep me constantly updated on the status of my vehicle, I've worked with Chris Savage and Chris B (I would butcher the last name if I tried to spell it). They work hard to explain every detail of the work required and they offer courtesy cars for longer jobs. Can't say enough good things about the customer service.
