Terrible Experience: From start to finish, it took this Audi location over 6 HOURS to inevitably change a single tire First, the woman who “helped” me was super rude to me when I was asking for updates on my car after hearing nothing for an hour. I had stated from the start that I was stranded in Wichita from a flat tire and I needed to get home (over 300 miles away) so timeliness was important to me.
